"Emerson (NYSE: EMR) announced in June, 2024, that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its remaining interests in the Copeland joint venture (formerly Emerson Climate Technologies) to private equity funds managed by Blackstone.

The new standalone business, named Copeland, builds on the brand’s 100-year legacy, global recognition and influence across the HVACR industry. As a standalone company focused on serving the global HVACR market, Copeland’s product portfolio includes market-leading compressors, controls, thermostats, valves, software and monitoring solutions for residential, commercial and industrial customers. Copeland had fiscal 2022 net sales of $5.0 billion."

I was brought on as part of a team of freelancers to rebrand everything in Copeland's portfolio to reflect its new brand and to erase any instance of Emerson. These samples are just a few of the things I worked on.
